Remote Publication Lead

A company is looking for a Publication Lead, specifically for the roles of Associate Director or Director in Global Scientific Communications and Publications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of global scientific communication and publication plans

Partner with external authors, journals, and vendors to ensure compliant and high-quality outputs

Oversee vendor management, congress activities, and drive process improvements in publication operations

Qualifications

Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or Master's in biomedical field) required; Bachelor's in science / business also acceptable

5-7+ years of experience in medical affairs, publications, or communications within pharma / biotech for Associate Director; 10+ years with 5+ years in publications or medical communications for Director

Strong understanding of publication processes and cross-functional collaboration

Proven expertise in publication systems and governance

CMPP certification preferred
