Responsibilities :

• Perform hand and machine soldering on metal components, ensuring strong and durable connections that meet strict quality standards.
• Assemble and repair precision instruments, circuit boards, and tool components following detailed work instructions and blueprints.
• Inspect and test completed parts for accuracy, strength, and alignment, identifying and correcting any defects.
• Maintain soldering tools and workstations in clean, organized condition to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure consistent output and adherence to performance goals.
• Follow safety and quality protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
