About The Position

Job Title : Neuro Interventional Radiology RN

Experience : Minimum of 2 years RN ICU experience, Neuro or Body Interventional Radiology experience required.

License : Registered Nurse License

Certifications : BLS, ACLS

Must-Have : Moderate sedation experience

Description :

The position requires experience in moderate sedation.

Candidates must hold BLS and ACLS certifications.

A minimum of two years of RN ICU experience is required.

Experience in Neuro or Body Interventional Radiology is essential.

The unit performs image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for a wide range of services.

These procedures are utilized to diagnose and treat conditions involving the brain, head and neck region, spine, and spinal cord.

The focus of interventional radiology is on using the least invasive techniques to minimize risks and improve health outcomes.

The procedures involved typically result in less risk, less pain, and quicker recovery times.

The work schedule will consist of Monday through Friday with no block scheduling or set schedule.

There will be rotational days off.

The role requires on-call duties for weekends and holidays only.

Emergency cases are covered when the operational room is closed during night and weekend hours.

Expectations include taking on-call duties during weekends and holidays as needed.
