Process Engineer

Developing Kaizen opportunities within the assembly process to be implemented at the various facilities. Not only focusing on current process improvements, but considerations for development and implementation of new assembly processes.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• In cooperation with each factory, support the decision making in specifications of new equipment and support installation and mass production.
• Find improvements in existing assembly equipment and work with the respective Division to make corrections.
• Ability to change the PLC program as recommended and / or directed by the equipment manufacturer.
• Create new PLC program for new equipment upon installation, if required.
• Be able to teach industrial ROBOT
• Job Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in engineering or technical field (preferred not required) or 5 years experience in programing of PLC and Robot
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude and attention to details
• Motivated, self – quick learner, pro-active and taking initiative in completing projects
• Candidate must have good organizational skills
• Candidate must possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel when necessary
• PLC Programming and Robot teaching knowledge
