Executive & Equity Compensation Sr. Analyst II
As a Sr. Analyst II in Executive & Equity Compensation, you will play a pivotal role within the Executive Compensation Team, supporting a variety of compensation-related activities. Tasked with managing and executing day-to-day compensation actions, projects, and initiatives, you will contribute significantly to the team's success. Reporting to the Executive Compensation Lead, your role involves navigating a dynamic and multifaceted team environment. Through your efforts, you will enhance the company's compensation processes, delivering value and insights to the business. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact executive compensation strategy and execution, while collaborating with internal and external partners to drive effective solutions and recommendations.

The base compensation range for this role is : $100,000.00-$130,000.00. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
