This Retention Specialist's primary focus is to retain active members and reinstate inactive member, while providing quality customer service.

Responsibilities :

• The Retention Specialist serves as the primary liaison and communication link with members handling their day-to-day membership issues including the management of member information - via phone, email correspondence, and online.
• Researches and resolves complaints to ensure member satisfaction.
• The Retention Specialist p rocesses membership applications.
• Updates and maintains the member database as required.
• Consistently provides members with exceptional customer service.
• Contributes to a team effort to meet or exceed service, production, and quality goals.
• Meets and exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• The Retention Specialist p rocesses payments and balancing.
