About The Position

Job Title : Diagnostic X-Ray Technician

Profession : Technician

Specialty : Radiology Tech

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night Shift

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience : 1 year in an acute care setting required

License : Current State / District license required

Certifications :

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
• American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) license required

Must-Have :

Description :

Performs radiographic procedures using fixed and mobile radiographic equipment within the hospital environment.

Works within a team of radiological technologists and other hospital staff to accomplish common objectives.

Produces high-quality radiographs while providing superior customer service.

Must be capable of conducting both diagnostic x-ray and CT procedures.

An Associate's Degree or equivalent is required, along with the completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program.

Successful completion of a radiological program is necessary.

Current state Clienttion Quality Standards and RT Registration are essential.
