Collections Account Representative

A company is looking for an Account Representative Collections.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for residential and commercial accounts

Process payments for delinquent accounts and set up payment installments

Issue service restoration orders and manage emergency orders related to water services

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to remain engaged on the phone with minimal distractions

Computer / technology savvy with the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs

Excellent attendance record
