QUALITY INSPECTOR - ELECTROMECHANICAL
Location : Rancho Cucamonga CA 91730
Work schedule : 1st shift
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in quality inspection for PCBs for electromechanical parts
- Must have good eyesight for small details on small parts and the occasional use of optical equipment.
- Light lifting – up to 20 pounds.
- Must be able to set up and run test equipment using small hand tools.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving Inspection. This includes visual, mechanical and electrical inspections, all paperwork, and department liaison as required.Work-In-Process Inspection and Final Inspection for all switch products, including all visual, mechanical and electrical inspections, all applicable paperwork and test reports, and department liaison as required.Special duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Quality Manager including specialized testing, electrical and environmental, as required by customer specifications.Instruct assembly personnel in all required corrective actions.Prepare and distribute monthly department reports as required by ISO-9001 procedures.Enter In-Process and Final Job Information in the M2M Computer Management Information System.The candidate shall be able to perform other duties as directed by the department supervisor in other departments such as CNC machine shop, Paint shop, Wheel and brush, Product I.D. marking and Assembly.Working and handling product which is qualified to military specifications.Company Description
