Advancement Coordinator

Franklin Pierce University is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Advancement Coordinator to support fundraising, alumni relations, and stewardship initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Advancement, Major and Planned Giving, and provides administrative, communications, and program support to strengthen engagement with donors, alumni, and campus partners. Key responsibilities include :

• Providing administrative support for fundraising, constituent communications, and relationship management.
• Coordinating events, including logistics and collaboration with internal partners.
• Creating, scheduling, and maintaining social media, digital, and print communications.
• Assisting with constituent research, data management, and gift acknowledgements.
• Engaging with alumni and donors through outreach and follow-up activities.
