This is a remote position.

Remote with Global Scope (20%-30% Travel)

The ideal candidate for this newly created Global Category Leader role in the Emergency Response Segment of a billion dollar manufacturer is a market-savvy, strategically-minded leader with deep industry insight into personal protection, military, or firefighting gear—paired with strong business acumen and innovation leadership. This role is central to defining and executing the global growth strategy for advanced materials within the personal protective equipment (PPE) space and will shape the segment’s future during a time of transformation under private equity ownership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business. MBA a plus.

5–10+ years in market development, business strategy, or product / category leadership

Direct experience as a firefighter , military professional , or in a personal protective gear manufacturer is highly desirable to bring real-world insight into product use cases and end-user needs.

Proven experience working in or with global teams and passion for innovation
