Job Summary:
Princeton Staffing Solutions is partnering with a School District near Independence, OR in need of experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a local or travel contract position starting ASAP working 40 hours per week for the remainder of the 24-25 School Year. The position is for In-Person only. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running and prior school-based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is Required . Job Type: Contract (W2)

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Duties:

o\tExperience and training in diagnosis and therapeutic intervention of articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, and voice.
o\tWorking knowledge of strategies and accommodations to support students in inclusion settings.
o\tAbility to collaborate positively with general education and special education staff, parents and administrators.
o\tExperience with a variety of diagnostic instruments appropriate for students.
o\tSkill and experience working with students who use augmentative and adaptive communication strategies and devices.
o\tExperience in writing Individual Education Programs (IEP), including working knowledge of social and behavioral language goals, specific task analysis skills, and ability to write measurable annual goals and objectives.
o\tParticipate as an effective member of the IEP team.
o\tCompletion and maintenance of CCCs in SLP is preferred.
o\tWorking knowledge of state and federal regulations for disabled students

License - Education - Certification Requirements:

o\tMinimum of a master’s degree in a field related to Speech-Language Pathology
o\tState License as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
o\tEducational/Teacher Certification as required by state requirements
