Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Desktop Administrator to provide hands-on technical support and maintenance for end-user devices. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting expertise in Windows operating systems, hardware, and imaging tools, ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Handle PC asset support tasks including adding, moving, updating, reassigning, and maintaining company-owned devices.
Manage Windows XP / 7 / 10 / 11 operating system imaging, installation, and upgrades.
Support end-users with configuration, connectivity, and performance-related issues.
Maintain accurate asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of all device activities.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure and network teams to resolve system-level issues.
Follow organizational IT standards, policies, and security procedures during device handling and setup.
Required Skills & Experience :
Proven experience in desktop administration and technical support .
Proficiency in Windows OS imaging, setup, and troubleshooting .
Strong understanding of hardware configurations and IT asset management .
Ability to diagnose and resolve user issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience with ticketing systems and ITSM tools preferred.
