What You'll Do
As a Product Assembler / Operator, you'll play a key role in building high-quality components, instruments, and systems. You'll work across various stages of production, ensuring each product meets our rigorous standards.
Your responsibilities will include :
Assembling, calibrating, testing, soldering, and inspecting products from components to final systems
Following detailed instructions, diagrams, and specifications to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
Operating and maintaining production equipment and tools to support daily manufacturing goals
Performing setups and adjustments to meet blueprint tolerances
Collecting and reporting production data using basic math and statistics
Packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment
Supporting inventory control, shipping / receiving, and material handling as needed
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and Fluke Business System (FBS) processes
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications :
Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 lbs; occasional lifting over 50 lbs may be required
Comfortable working with chemicals, solvents, and solder smoke (PPE provided)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components and color matching
Proficiency in reading, understanding, and following written and verbal instructions in English
Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks with upper extremities
Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
Basic computer skills and ability to enter production data

The pay range for this position (in local currency) is 17.59 - 26.44 hourly
