The Busser position is responsible to clear the table after each course and maintain the table until the guest departs.
Essential Duties :
- Greeting customers
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Processing payment
- Setting tables
- Clearing tables
- Suggesting menu options and wine pairings
- Ensure each guest is satisfied with their food
- Knowledgeable in alcohol pairings
- Able to make drinks at guests requests
Job Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Must be able to carry 20 lbs.Fluency in job-related English both verbal and non-verbal.2 to 3 years experience upscale casual restaurant.Commitment to superior customer service and excellent customer service skills.Flexibility and creative problem-solving ability.Strong initiative and self-motivation.Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.No job description for any position can possibly include all duties which may be requested by guests or required by the needs of the hotel.
