Work Setup - Onsite / hybrid : Minimum 3 days per week in office, with onsite client meetings every week.

What You’ll Do
Open and grow new local markets and lines of business.Personally maintain 7+ weekly client meetings with VP / Director-level executives.Drive high-volume outbound business development.Hire, coach, and ramp 3–5 Account Executives.Lead in-office 3+ days / week to model culture and discipline.Sell staffing, consulting, and project-based services.Build executive relationships across business and procurement.Enforce pipeline reviews, activity metrics, and recruiting alignment.What You’ll Bring
7+ years in IT staffing / consulting, with 3+ years in leadership.Track record building teams, offices, or books from scratch.Proven hunter mentality; consistent quota overachievement.Enterprise sales experience with VP+ technology executives.Background in large staffing firms and / or boutique growth shops.Knowledge of cloud, AI, data, and digital trends.Direct BD experience beyond MSP fulfillment.
