• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.\n
• Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.\n
• Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.\n
• Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.\n
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.\n
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.\n
• Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff for optimal outcomes.\n
• Utilize data to assess and enhance patient care effectiveness.\n
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures.\n
• Support the onboarding and training of new staff members.\n
• Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.\n\nExperience / Qualifications\n
• Current RN license in West Virginia or compact state.\n
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.\n
• Experience in operating room settings, preferably as a Travel RN.\n
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.\n
• Familiarity with safety protocols and infection control measures.\n
• Ability to monitor and respond to patient vitals during surgery.\n
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with medical teams.\n
• Ability to evaluate personal performance and implement feedback.\n
• Proficient in maintaining accurate patient care records.\n
