As an Airport Law Enforcement Officer - Armed Patrol in Kahului, HI, you will serve and safeguard the airport, its facilities, its travelers, and airport operations. You will interact with the public, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Pay rate : $28.86 / hour with an hourly bonus of $3.58. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee. Job schedule : DayTime Thur 01 : 30 PM - 10 : 00 PM Sun 01 : 30 PM - 10 : 00 PM. Minimum qualifications (no exceptions) : All applicants must meet the following criteria :
- 2+ years of professional law enforcement experience in the U.S. after graduating from a certified law enforcement academy (Federal, State, or County level)
- Must provide valid and verifiable credentials at the time of application

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior and exterior areas, to help deter unauthorized activities and / or suspicious behavior.Monitor and control access points, verifying identification and credentials as required by site protocols.Communicate and coordinate with law enforcement, airport personnel, and / or emergency responders as needed.Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding daily activities, incidents, and / or irregularities encountered during patrols.Remain alert and observant to potential threats or hazards within the location, and report findings according to established procedures.Assist in managing crowd control, directing foot traffic, and supporting the orderly flow of individuals within the location as needed.What we're looking for :
