Job Description :
- The APS team is an industry leading organization, providing unparalleled patient support that results in improved brand loyalty and patient satisfaction. The APS Operation team is seeking a Project Manager to partner with key stakeholders, drive project execution, and create new ways to improve APS Operations.
Responsibilities :
Provide ad-hoc support to individual teams to enhance productivity and address immediate project needs.Provide Reporting project management with IT and business leadersAssist in the project management activities by coordinating tasks, timelines, and resource allocation for successful launches through Monday.com.Oversee and implement operational changes across PE, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market demands.Develop and publish communication plan for the project’s deploymentDevelop and maintain training and user documentationCreate and communicate status updates to appropriate stakeholdersDevelop, document, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.Support the knowledge management initiatives by organizing and making available critical information and resources.Manage and resolve issues related to the Five9 platform, minimizing disruptions and enhancing user experienceMaintain and update distribution lists for Patient Engagement, ensuring accurate and timely communication across teams.Analyse and manage escalation trends in process execution, coordinating resolutions and implementing process improvements.Manage CRM licenses, ensuring compliance and efficient utilization across the organization.Experience :
3+ years of experience in project management, coordination, or similar roles.Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects and ensuring successful execution.Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create analysis and communicate a story to stakeholdersAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.Skills :
