  • No. of Visits Time allotted : - New : 30 mins - Follow-up : 15 mins
  • Support Staff : 4 RNs, MA, CNA, and Receptionist
  • Other Info : - Willing to rotate in other facilities - Hospitalist are available to cover infusions, if needed

Requirements :

  • IA License or willing to obtain
  • BC / BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
