The California pay range for this position is $68,640.00 - $161,800.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours.
