Experienced HVAC Technician – $80,000 to $130,000+

Service Legends | Des Moines, IA | Full-Time

Hours : Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM (Plus On-call Rotation)

What You'll Do

  • Be part of a championship-level team that delivers Legendary service.
  • Diagnose and extend the life of residential systems with precision and pride.
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners and present solutions that fit their needs.
  • Provide 5-Star experiences - not just service calls.
  • Help clients get the most out of their systems through education and proactive maintenance.
  • Lead by example and mentor upcoming technicians to grow our HVAC legacy.

    • What We Offer

    $80,000 – $130,000+ annual pay potential

    What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of residentia l HVAC experience (service, repair, maintenance, or installation)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to think critically
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs & work in attics / crawlspaces
  • High school diploma / GED & valid driver's license
