_Shift Supervisor _

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to oversee all daily operations, including welcoming and serving customers. If you have excellent organizational and team management skills and experience in the trampoline industry, we’d like to meet you.

• Responsibilities
• Delegate tasks to staff and supervise their performance
• Maintain a fully-stocked inventory and order supplies, as needed
• Manage party reservations
• Arrange to have shifts covered (e.g. when employees take time off)
• Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges
• Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints
• Inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks
• Report maintenance and training needs
• Skills
• Proven experience as a Shift Manager or relevant role in a entertainment environment
• Good knowledge of retail operations
• Availability to work different shifts, weekends a must
• A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism
• Excellent organizational skills
• Team management abilities

Hours per week : 30-39
