What You'll Do

• Direct and manage a talented team of creative experts, producing compelling visual and written messages that elevate our brand and products.
• Oversee multiple creative projects from concept to completionset project objectives, brainstorm campaign themes, create sketches, refine ideas, and ensure flawless final deliverables.
• Provide creative direction across all Ultradent departments, both domestic and worldwide.
• Lead all photography and visual direction for the organization.
• Approve marketing materials, campaigns, packaging, photography, presentations, and web content to ensure brand excellence.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets, keeping stakeholders informed with regular status updates.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors and freelancers, acting as a key liaison between creative talent and internal / external clients.
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation throughout the marketing organization.
