Job descriptionMust have knowledge of fruit grades / sizes, varieties, machinery and supplies. Must have the ability to train new hires in job functions. Must be able to make quick informative decisions during periods of high pressure. Must be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have knowledge of pack schedules. Be able to do repetitive work while paying attention to detail. Must have basic computer skills. Number of openings : 1 Fulltime, Year Round
Location : A Line – Old Station Plant
Working Shift : Day Shift
Hours & Work Days : 5 : 00 am – 1 : 30 pm, Monday - Friday; May vary depending on production.
- Assist the supervisor implement Stemilt standards throughout the line.
- Be a team leader and motivate the line.
- Adjust line speed.
- Monitoring cost per box.
- Insure tickets in are cleared.
- Monitor quality of production.
- Other duties may encompass other than the duties listed.
