Job descriptionCandidates must be Board Certified in Anesthesiology to ensure the highest level of expertise and clinical competence. A minimum of 3 years of experience in anesthesiology is required for this role. Sound's licensing team will assist in obtaining any necessary state licenses to work at our hospital partner locations, and we will cover the associated costs. We offer flexible scheduling options to promote a healthy work-life balance, allowing you to tailor your work hours to fit your lifestyle and personal commitments. National ambassadors have the dual responsibilities of directing and overseeing the anesthesiologist team's performance and managing our hospital partner and stakeholder relationships and expectations. This individual will offer administrative support, drawing on their managerial and leadership skills while aligning with Sound Physician's values personally and professionally. Sound pays for our national ambassador physicians' airfare and lodging. Our guiding principle is patient-first care, which means we're focused on the patients throughout the US. You'll be part of a team that's making a real difference in the health of our neighbors. We are a community-minded team that supports involvement and contributions to community health and wellness in and out of the hospital. Compensation : Expected annual 1099 compensation ranges from $442k to $680k, depending on weeks of commitment annually. Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage. Travel, lodging and meal reimbursement per organization guidelines.
