Job description4 ORs, 3 Endo Rooms Strong ortho program doing a lot of hips and knees, Mako Robot. General surgery – will launch DaVinci robot. Sports medicine physician – shoulders, small joints. Surgeon from sister facility is going to open a clinic to restart GYN in November. 7 cases on a light day, up to 26 on busy day. On call for weekends Director is over all areas of surgical services – OR, SPD, pre post, PACU, endo Great relationship with anesthesia Upgrading central sterile, upgrading equipment for Davinci (overhaul for that space to accommodate) Bachelor's degree in nursing required 3+ years of experience in a leadership role Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation required Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) preferred Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) preferred Surgical Services leadership experience required (Manager or Director experience)

Reporting Structure
- Reports up to CNO
- 1 manager (starting mid-November)
- 3 Clinical Nurse Coordinators (1 for endo, 1 for pre post, 1 for OR)
- 70 total FTEs
