Primary Position Responsibilities :

• Develop and improve aerospace composite manufacturing processes and methods.
• Define criteria for production readiness, and qualify developed processes, procedures and tooling fixtures in support of transition to production.
• Ensure proper production documentation including work instructions and travelers have been created or reviewed in order to continued production flow.
• Review product made with engineering, manufacturing and quality to verify conformity and, when the product is non-conforming, assist in determining root cause and corrective action.
• Identify and lead opportunities to improve the manufacturing process and other cost / benefit lean activities.
• Support periodic engineering / technical project updates as needed by customer.
