JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION :

Bussers / Food Runners are the backbone of our Front Of House Team. Alongside our Servers and Bartenders, Bussers / Food Runners ensure that our team is always prepared to deliver timely, clean, and attentive Hospitality to our guests. Bussers / Food Runners must possess a strong command over the food menu, confidence when presenting and describing food to our guests, and a problem-solving attitude when working with the rest of our teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Welcoming guests with a smile
• Delivering food orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Communicating regularly with and responding promptly and courteously to all guest requests
• Providing exemplary service to include refilling beverages and clearing tables
• Responding sincerely and appropriately to guest requests
• Practicing alcohol awareness and exercising good judgment when serving guests alcohol in

compliance with local laws
