Job description

Job Title

This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include :

  • Keeping accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
  • Providing coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices
  • Providing feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
  • Tracking each load accurately
  • Accurately counting all pallets
  • Maintaining pace of pallet configuration
  • Ensuring that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
  • Identifying priorities and coordinating resources
  • Assessing and enhancing the skill set of pickers
  • Recommending process improvements
  • Coordinating picker and loader team
  • Ensuring stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
  • Embracing and promoting a culture of "stack, wrap, strap"
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Working Schedule : Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 4 PM

Compensation & Benefits :

Compensation & benefits include :

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting the actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    Qualifications include :

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 + year Warehouse Experience
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
