About The Position

Job Title :   Radiologic Technologist

Location : Dedham, MA 02126

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Schedule :

40 hours / week, Monday–Friday

Typical hours : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (may vary slightly : 7 : 00–3 : 30, 7 : 30–4 : 00, or 8 : 30–5 : 00 depending on provider needs)

May be asked to work one weekend day every few weeks

Job Requirements :

Preferred : 2+ years of full-time Radiologic Technologist experience

Experience with OR Imaging and Diagnostic Imaging

Hospital or Surgical Center experience required

Valid ARRT registration and MA state license

Equipment : Konica Minolta, Philips, and Client mobile units

OR experience with C-arm and portable imaging

Experience with digital imaging and EPIC

Orthopedic experience preferred

Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, off-site setting

Experience working with adult and elderly populations

Key Responsibilities :

Perform high-quality diagnostic procedures while applying radiation safety principles to minimize patient exposure

Communicate effectively with patients to gather clinical information, explain procedures, relieve anxiety, and gain cooperation

Maintain patient confidentiality and follow universal precautions at all times

Demonstrate strong teamwork, adaptability, and customer service skills

Function effectively in fast-paced and sometimes stressful environments
