Job description

HealthPlus Staffing is partnering with a well-established private practice in Port St. Lucie, FL, seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join their team. This permanent opportunity offers a supportive environment, strong community presence, and competitive compensation.

See below for full position details :

  • Schedule : Full-time (4 days / week)

One day 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM

  • Four days 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
  • No weekends
  • Call :

    • Once every 3rd week (phone only, minimal volume 6 calls total per week).

  • No hospital rounding
  • Patient Load : patients / day, comfortable pace.
  • Practice Type : Privately owned Pediatrics group.
  • Candidate Profile :

    • Board Eligible / Certified Pediatrician (MD or DO).

  • Spanish preferred, but not required.
  • Must be comfortable with outpatient pediatric care.
  • Compensation & Benefits :

    • Base salary : $200,000+ (negotiable with experience).

  • Bonus system in place (details to be provided by owner).
  • Strong long-term growth potential.
