Responsibilities : Provide direct patient care within scope for assigned patients on the nursing unit under the direction of a registered nurse#within the nursing team. Must be competent in a wide variety of nursing skills. Accountable for adhering to all standards of nursing care and promoting a team effort among co-workers. Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families. Job Requirements : Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.# Licensure : # Current Arkansas or Compact State#Pracitcal Nurse#License in good standing. Experience : # Minimum of one (1) year experience is preferred. Certifications : # BLS required.## ACLS and PALS are encouraged, but not required. Other : # Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.# Basic computer knowledge required.
