The Ideal Candidate

Board-Certified / Board-Eligible in Urology

Arizona licensure (or eligibility to obtain)

Current DEA prescribing privileges

Collaborative team player ready to elevate our growing program

Diverse patient care experience in dynamic healthcare settings

Practice Excellence : Where Your Career Thrives

Competitive Compensation : $675,000 - $700,000

Sign-on / Relocation Incentive : $75,000

Work-Life Balance : Just 2 clinic days weekly (shared APP rotation)

Dedicated OR Access : Guaranteed surgical time for optimal patient care

Manageable Call : Only 14 days monthly

Expert Support : Dedicated Advanced Practice Provider assistance
