Job Title : Electronic Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Technician to join our team. This role involves assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electronic systems and components. The ideal candidate will be adept at diagnosing and repairing electronic components and ensuring they conform to design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electronic systems, components, and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair circuit boards, wiring, and other electronic components.
• Perform operational tests while in Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) / vibration / thermal / altitude conditions.
• Ensure conformance with design specifications.
• Diagnose and isolate malfunctions down to the component level.
• Conduct defined engineering tests and collect data as assigned.
• Document test results, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis using oscilloscopes, multimeters, RF Generators, and spectrum analyzers.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and security standards.

Work Environment

The position is located in Rancho Bernardo and involves working in a test lab as part of a small team. The environment is fast-paced, with a 1st shift 4 / 10 schedule from 6 : 30 am to 4 : 40 pm, offering every Friday off.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr.
