Location : Smyrna, Northern Georgia

Setting : Inpatient

Coverage : Full-time

Start Date : November 2, 2022

Requirements :

Active, unrestricted license
Must be Board Eligible at minimum
IMLC Bids accepted
Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases)
Must be able to treat ages 12 and up

Credentialing Timeframe : 21 days

EMR : Epic
