• 💡 Experience : 3+ years required (NICU experience highly preferred)\n
• 🧾 Certifications : RRT or CRT, BLS, ACLS (preferred), NRP, PALS, MD State License\n
• 💻 Charting : Epic required\n
• ⚙️ Skills : Vent management (BiPAP / CPAP), intubation, bronchoscopies, a-line insertion, bubble CPAP, HFNC, and pediatric / adult critical care\n
• 👶 Setting : NICU, Pediatrics, and Adult ICU coverage\n
