What You’ll Do :

• Lead and Supervise :

Oversee a small custodial team, including individuals with disabilities, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to company standards.

Actively engage in custodial tasks and daily operations, from cleaning to inspections, ensuring top-quality standards and safety in all areas.

Provide training, mentorship, and motivation to your team to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Plan, assign, and manage daily work schedules; monitor staff attendance and coverage, including during after-hours or weekends.

Respond to emergency cleaning tasks, such as after-hours calls, blood pathogen cleanups, and flood-related incidents, ensuring quick resolution and high-quality standards.

Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and confidentiality standards.
