Job descriptionSalary : $550,000.00 to $650,000.00 Based on Experience Comprehensive benefits package - health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and more Great PTO, Vacation, and sick time Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend) Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) qualifying employer Hematologist / Oncologist Location : Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo) Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license Clinic 4 days / week, 1 administrative day / week (remote), 1 : 4 inpatient call 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology patient mix, most common cases are breast, colon, lung, prostate Care team model, 1 dedicated RN and 1 MA per physician, 2 NPs Chemo certified RN's for inpatient chemotherapy administration Onsite Services ( Radiation Oncology; Infusion Therapy; Lab and Pharmacy - board certified oncology pharmacist onsite; Genetic Counseling; Clinical & Financial Navigation; Nutrition Services; Clinical Trials, Tumor Registry; GYN-Oncology; Social Work) Robust general surgery program and specialty services ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, GI Hospitalist service admits Opportunity to provide and receive mentorship Board Certified / Board Eligible Hematologist / Oncologist Ability to hold an Ohio State License Nice and Quaint Wealthy Town of 40k people Several large employers in / near Findlay : Marathon Petroleum, Goodyear, Whirlpool, Ball, etc Overall, living in Findlay is about 6–13% cheaper than the U.S. average. Events, trails, preserving heritage through things like the Barn Quilt Trail, StoryWalk, Not far from larger metro areas, yet far enough to avoid big-city stress 8 universities / colleges in the area
