Job descriptionLead & Inspire : Hire, train, and develop a strong team while fostering a positive, customer-first culture. Drive Results : Manage inventory, analyze sales, and implement strategies to boost profitability. Deliver Excellence : Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Customer Engagement : Resolve issues with professionalism and care while building loyalty. Stay Compliant : Oversee safety, security, cash management, and company policy adherence. Step Up : Be flexible to support nearby stores and step into challenges with confidence. Experience : 5+ years as a retail supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager. Skills : Strong leadership, communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency. Physical Abilities : Stand for long periods, occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. Flexibility : Willingness to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Mobility : Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel as needed.
