Business Development Specialist Kennesaw, GA

At Carl Black Automotive , we acquire thousands of leads per month to be processed. Our B usiness Development specialist requires a keen sense of urgency to customer requests or inquiries funneling through to our dealership. Candidates must be able to multi-task several requests with immediate response. This is a Full-Time position that provides our benefits package with flexible schedule of 40 hours per week.

The BDC Specialist position has a base hourly pay + commission pay scale based on experience.

Job Duties :

• Maintain BDC, handling all incoming calls & administrative duties as well as working closely with customers.
• Work closely with sales managers following through on all internet leads, and phone calls on a daily basis.
• Following up with internet leads and phone calls on a daily basis.
• Schedule sales appointments.
