Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years relevant experience to meet managerial expectations. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS : Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in full lifecycle product development, from initial concept and design through prototyping, validation, and production. As a Program Manager, you will ensure seamless integration with broader program goals, drive cohesive and integrated plans, and deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet market demands. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving both current and long-term objectives for our programs, business units, and division.
