Senior Supply Chain Contracts Coordinator

The Senior Supply Chain Contracts Coordinator supports the Supply Chain team through the execution of procurement and contract management functions that align with strategic sourcing objectives. This role ensures supplier contracts and agreements are maintained and renewed to achieve the best overall value for cost, quality, and service. The position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external services providers and suppliers to optimize procurement decisions, improve operational efficiencies and maintain compliance with established policies and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and maintain contracts and other business documents in support of internal business-to-business agreements.
• Manages the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions and renewals of goods and services suppliers
• Works with internal and client stakeholders to support supplier needs and ensure compliance with of processes and policies
• Interacts with suppliers for business needs and service oversight as applicable
• Partners with Finance team to ensure accurate supplier registration and vendor additions, timely payments and adherence to contractual obligations.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :

Minimum Education Required :

Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain or related field)

Minimum Experience Required :

3-7 years
