Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Wilmington, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel HIGHLIGHTS : Minimum Years of Experience : 2 years Traveler Experience : Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler Locals Accepted / Rate Difference : Yes Required Skills : EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, Must be able to take insulin and heparin drips Required Certifications : BCLS Preferred Skills : CPI, Charge nurse exp Charge Required on Night Shift Shift : 12HR Nights 36 or 48 hours accepted Float Requirement : Floating to similar units and alternate care locations with inpatients holding Weekend Requirement : Traveler will be assigned to every other weekend Must be able to work holidays NC or Compact license pending OK for submission, Required in hand at time of start ADDITIONAL DETAILS : Target Ratios : 1 : 6-7 RTO : 7 days MAX No RTO allowed during the first week of a traveler's assignment due to orientation Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty COVID-19 Vaccine : Not Required Flu Vaccine : Required - Medical / Religious Exemptions Only Two manager / supervisor references from within the past 12 months are HIGHLY preferred at time of submission Fatigue Policy : Travelers cannot work more than 5 days in a row and / or more than 60 hours in a week About Premier Medical Staffing Services Premier Medical Staffing Services, LLC is a nationally expanding healthcare staffing firm for healthcare professionals and companies.
