JOB SUMMARY

Works under minimal supervision to provide advanced professional skills in development of social service programs and to provide advanced social service to patients with multiple and / or complex needs in clinical and / or hospital environment.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other related field

3 years experience working face to face with patients

(LCSW) LIC CLINCAL SOCIAL WORKER valid license by the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners, Upon Hire or

(LPC) LICENSED PROF COUNSELOR Upon Hire or

(LMFT) LIC MAR & FAM THERAPIST Upon Hire
