Talent Corps is hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for a long-term concrete project in Lytle, TX (San Antonio area).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a consistent, full-time project with steady overtime while working on large-scale concrete structures.

Pay & Schedule :

$24–26 / hr (based on experience)

Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Regular overtime available ( 5x10s + occasional Saturdays )

Long-term project running through 2027

Job Duties :

Finish concrete surfaces including slabs, walls, columns, and paving

Smooth, level, and texture concrete using hand tools and power finishing equipment

Apply curing compounds and surface treatments

Cut expansion / control joints and patch imperfections

Work with the crew to meet project specifications and deadlines

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of concrete finishing experience preferred

Must be able to work with hand tools, power trowels, and finishing machines

Ability to read measurements and follow project specifications

Must complete safety / orientation training (provided)

Must be able to pass a drug screen and badging process

OSHA certification a plus, but not required
