Key Responsibilities
Process release of information requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and HIPAA regulations
Perform quality checks on all work and maintain equipment in excellent operating condition
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining confidentiality
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma (GED) required
Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred
Strong computer software experience, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to type 50 wpm and use office equipment like fax and scanning machines
Self-motivated team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
