Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls professionally and schedule / reschedule C&P exam appointments
Provide support related to the program process and assist with the Veteran-facing portal
Document interactions accurately in the CRM and adhere to established guidelines and policies
Required Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
Experience : 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
Language : Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
