DSCR Loan Processor

Groundfloor is looking for an experienced DSCR Loan Processor to join our growing lending team. As a member of our DSCR & Multifamily Lending division, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring loans move seamlessly from application through closing - balancing efficiency, compliance, and exceptional borrower service.

This position is ideal for someone who not only understands the nuances of DSCR and investor financing but also thrives in a fast-moving environment where organization, accuracy, and clear communication make all the difference. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to borrowers, brokers, underwriters, and closers, helping to keep deals on track while maintaining Groundfloor’s reputation for a smooth, transparent lending process.
