We are a global travel agency passionate about helping clients explore the world with ease. We partner with top-tier travel vendors to offer curated vacation packages, group travel coordination, and personalized booking services. Whether you're an experienced travel advisor or looking to transition into this exciting field, we provide the tools and training to help you succeed.

The Opportunity

We’re currently hiring Remote   Service Associates to  join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work independently to help clients plan and book vacations, cruises, group travel, and more supported by our experienced team and industry tools. This is a fully remote, commission-only position ideal for self-starters who love travel, enjoy helping others, and are comfortable working independently.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, access to major suppliers, and the flexibility to build your business on your own schedule.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Consult with clients to identify their travel needs and preferences
  • Research, quote, and book travel packages, cruises, and accommodations
  • Use booking platforms (training provided) to manage itineraries and reservations
  • Maintain client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
  • Stay up to date with travel regulations and promotions

Requirements

  • Passion for travel and helping others
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and tech-comfortable
  • Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the USA, Belize or Mexico only
  • Travel experience is a plus, but no prior industry experience required
  • Basic computer skills (email, web browsing, research)
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Help clients research and book vacations, cruises, and group trips
  • Build custom travel itineraries based on individual client needs
  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Stay current on travel deals, safety policies, and supplier promotions
  • Use industry booking systems (training provided) to manage client trips
